Jeppe Øvlesen CEO. Born 1962, Mr. Øvlesen holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and is the former CFO and CEO of ChemoMetec A/S, Denmark, a successful bio/ MedTech company that went public in 2006.  Mr. Øvlesen has an extensive international business background and had the position as CFO & VP Business development for Action Pharma A/S until 2010.  He has specialized in general management and business development and is the co-founder and/or board member of several start-up biotech/technology companies including CLC Bio A/S, Cetrea A/S, Enovacor Aps

Erik Othel-Jacobsen, CTO. Born 1958, Othel-Jacobsen has a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the Technical School of Elsinor, Denmark. R&D engineer in the medical device company Unomedical and technical manager at the Danish Obesity Treatment Ltd. Othel-Jacobsen was co-founder of Pnn Medical in 1987 and was CEO up till 2007.

Steen Lund Jørgensen, CFO. Born 1971. Steen has over 20 years of practical experience with accounting.  From 2007 to 2011 Steen  served as Financial Controller for KCI Medical ApS, and prior to that he served for 6 years as Finance Manager for Food From Britain Scandinavia.

Casper Saxenfelt Tvede, Vice President Sales & Marketing. Born 1974, Tvede has a M.Sc. in Economics & Marketing from Copenhagen Business School (2002). He has a background in the healthcare industry from Maersk Medical. He also has four years of experience as head of Sales and Marketing at Pnn Medical, developing new markets and existing business.

Michael P.F. van der Burght, VP Medical Director. Born 1959, van der Burght is a Doctor of Medicine from Aarhus University (1988) as well as an, Executive MBA SIMI (2001). van der Burght has 16 years experience in the pharmaceutical/ device industry including 8 years at Lundbeck A/S, 7 years at Ferring A/S.
