Kim Brangstrup, Chairman. Born 1952, Mr. Brangstrup holds a degree in business from Niels Brock Business School and has more than 25 years of professional experience from the financial markets. He is specialised within the energy field and was in 1988 the main investor behind the then largest wind turbine plant in Denmark. Mr. Brangstrup has since 1988 been the Managing Partner of Brancor Capital Partners (BCP), a specialised investment company also offering advisory within private equity and corporate finance. BCP owns 13% of NordEnergie Renewables A/S. For more than 10 years Mr. Brangstrup's particular expertise was within government bond syndication and issuance of euro bonds. Prior to thi,s Mr. Brangstrup worked as an international commodity broker (1975 -1986). 

Erik Othel-Jacobsen, CTO. Born 1958, Mr. Othel-Jacobsen has a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the Technical School of Elsinor, Denmark. R&D engineer in the medical device company Unomedical and technical manager at the Danish Obesity Treatment Ltd. Mr. Othel-Jacobsen was co-founder of Pnn Medical in 1987 and was CEO up till 2007.

Henrik Harboe, (Board member). Born 1951, Mr. Harboe is a Medical Doctor from University of Copenhagen. He has worked for nine years in post-graduate clinical medicine, primarily in general surgery and was a co-founder of Engineers & Doctors A/S in 1987. Mr. Harboe has worked with sales and marketing and as a medical advisor and with general management until he withdrew from daily operations at Pnn Medical in 2009.

Niels Thestrup, attorney-at-law: Born in 1962, Mr. Thestrup holds a Masters degree in Law from Copenhagen University, a Masters degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University, Washington D.C., and a degree in business (financing) from Copenhagen Business School. Mr. Thestrup has extensive management experience from the years 1992-2001, where he worked in various management positions with major Danish industrial groups. In 2001, he joined the Copenhagen law firm Koenig & Partners in which he has been a partner since 2006 . Mr. Thestrup is a member of other boards, including being the chairman of A/S Erik Thestrup, JL Raadgivergruppen ApS, RG2 Ejendomme ApS, 3H Ejendomme ApS, and Evald A. Nyborg Holding ApS 

Hans Henrik Munch-Jensen, is the Chief Financial Officer at NordEnergie Renewables A/S. Previously, Mr. Munch-Jensen was Director at Prospect, where he advised listed companies in relation to strategic and financial communication. Mr. Munch-Jensen served as Executive Vice President, CFO of H. Lundbeck A/S from 1998 to 2007, where he was responsible for overseeing the company's finance and investor relations activities. He previously served as a politics and finance columnist for the newspaper Dagbladet Børsen and as Vice President of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. He was a member of various Lundbeck boards as well as the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) and of Vækstforum, Region Hovedstaden. Mr. Munch-Jensen received his master's degree in Political Science from the University of Aarhus. Furthermore Mr. Munch-Jensen is Chairman of board at Riddersalen Theater.
